春の献立 Denner menu for Spring

ご夕食が春の献立に変わりました 山の春の味をご堪能ください

前 菜  石蕗田舎煮 芋豆腐  菜の花山葵和え 鱒醤和え
竹の子 唐草烏賊 木の芽味噌  袱紗焼き 鯛桜寿司 桃花串
Appetizer: Tsuwabuki(Japanese silver leaf) Inakani, potato tofu, rape-flower salad with wasabi
Masu-trout with soy sauce, bamboo shoot and squid with leaf bud of Japanese pepper
Fukusa-yaki, sea-bream Sakura sushi, peach flower Dango

Steamed dish:  Fukinoto(butterbur sprout) dumpling

冬の献立 Dinner menu in this Winter

12月1日よりご夕食の献立が変わりました。里山の冬の味覚をご堪能ください♪

Dinner menu changed to the winter one. We are happy if it will be pleasing to your eye, as well as to the palate. If you have any food allergies or the food you would not like, please do not hesitate to let us know.

 

食前酒  柚子ワイン
Aperitif:  Yuzu wine

前 菜  胡桃豆腐 筍芋芥子味噌和え 春菊白和え 馬燻製 松風
サーモン小袖寿司 南京カステラ 牛蒡唐揚げ
Appetizer:  walnuts tofu, Takenokoimo(bamboo shoot-shaped taro potato) with mustard miso
garland chrysanthemum salad with tofu cream, smoked horse meat,
Matsukaze(chestnut and sesame cake) , Salmon sushi, pumpkin cake, deep-fried burdock

吸 物  帆立蒸し 薄氷 梅人参 つる菜 柚子
Soup:  scallop, sliced Dikon radish, carrot, Yuzu citrus

Yuba(tofu skin), snow pea, with soba sauce

Hot pot:  Rindo pork Shabushabu with local vegetables
* Please dip sliced pork in the boiling water just for a few seconds, and pick it up as soon as the color change, and then eat after dipping sesame sauce or Ponzu(vinegared soy sauce).
