ご夕食が秋の献立に変わりました。里山の秋をどうぞご堪能ください。

Aperitif: Zakuro-shu(pomegranate sake)
Seasonal appetizer: Shungiku salad, pumpkin tofu, Kakinoha sushi(salmon),
Jellyfish and vegetables cake, deep-fried burdock, persimmon with tofu sauce, walnut Ameni
Sashimi: Miyabi-dai(local sea-bream), Kanpachi(amberjack) with soy sauce and Wasabi

Bowl: full-moon egg cake soup
Grilled dish: grilled Yamame-trout with salt
Steamed dish: Fukiyose tofu with Kinshu-an
Shrimp dumpling, Shimeji-mushroom, ginkgo nut, soy meat
Kawaribachi: seasonal eggplant and Asobi-ton(local pork) with miso and today’s local vegetables
