黒川温泉全体においても通常営業を行っております。

地震の影響により、飛行機やバスなどの公共交通機関の運休や道路状況の悪化などでご来館いただけない場合は、キャンセル料はいただいておりません。

Following the earthquake that occurred on July 28, we understand that many of our guests may have concerns.

We are pleased to inform you that Ryokan Sanga has not sustained any significant damage to its buildings or facilities, and all guests and staff are safe. We are operating as usual, and Kurokawa Onsen as a whole is also operating normally.

If you are planning to visit us, please be aware that transportation services and road conditions may be affected. We kindly ask you to check the latest travel information before your departure and travel safely.

If you are unable to reach us due to earthquake-related disruptions, such as flight cancellations, suspended bus services, or road closures, no cancellation fee will be charged.
